at the conclusion of the day, the Lilac festival is a ancient-time celebration of Rochester's premiere blooms, plus an array of notable bands, fried food and quirky shows. however several fights and 10 arrests Saturday put a wrinkle in the fun for pageant goers. however do a few low-grade skirmishes in reality keep individuals from coming to the pageant or make them consider dangerous? here's what Rochesterians had to say.
